Woke up with Blueberry pancakes on my mind. I was determined to make them, get them, or have them magically appear. Searching in the kitchen, I find I have everything but blueberries. So being the lazy pot, I am in the morning, I call out to my husband to make a store run. After a few mins at the supermarket he calls me, saying “They don’t have canned blueberries”. I say “Forget it, just get blueberries”. He comes home with blueberry pie filling, laughing uncontrollably, I say “What am I suppose to do with this?”. Then a light goes off and I say “Don’t won’t about it”. I just wash off the filling and keep the berries. I have a McGeyver spirit! Lol 🙂
